Popped it to get daughters balloons and was served by Viv on one of the hottest day of the year (shop don't have air con) yet Viv was still up beat and provided the best customer service I have had in a long time...full of beans and made me feel extremely welcome and valued...Viv went the extra mile with my balloons!! Viv your a credit to card factory and your customer service style should be the template trained out across all card factory's...Would definitely recommend visiting this branch if you want a individual tailored service that big high street names strive to provide (often fall short) because they don't have that Viv flare!!! Thanks again will definitely return.
