I popped in just after midday today (29.08.25) and was only there for a short time but what a good experience!
Usually they have everything l want but today they didn't have quite what l was looking for, however, Jade endeavoured to help me find a solution l was happy with.
Jade was bright, diligent and friendly so l received excellent customer service. In a word, exceptional.
The young lady at the till (didn't catch her name) was also wonderful and together they made me feel incredibly welcome.
Great members of staff, lots of choice and reasonable prices. Will shop here again and again. Many thanks!

I was helped by a very lovely young lady called Moonisah. She helped me find the card I needed for my girlfriend and she recommended what balloon to purchase too She really went above and beyond to help a customer and I?d like to thank her for making me feel satisfied in card factory. Thank you!!!!

I brought a variety of 5 baloons and had them all filled with helium. When I got home and took out of the bag, one balloon wasn't fully filled, although it was floating. By evening the strings had come detached from 2 of the large helium filled baloons...and by the following day, the helium from 3 of the 5 baloons had completely gone. Iv had loads of helium filled baloons before which have lasted weeks but this batch was just disappointing.

I have just called here to pick up a few Xmas cards. I was having a bit of difficulty finding what I was looking for so was helped by a lady called Dawn who was very helpful, friendly and polite. What a refreshing change to be served by someone who actually cares about customers and doesn't see them as an inconvenience as is the case in many stores. Excellent customer service Dawn, well done !!

Phoned the store to see if they had product in stock, which they confirmed they did.Arrived at the store the next day the store worker and manager were both helpful in locating the product. The store manager came off her break to look in the store cupboard for a good 5mins as they were in process of cleaning and restocking.Very kind and approachable and interacting with my little ones.Thank you for finding the welcome home banners for me.
