Wonderful staff but completely understaffed felt so sorry for the 2 guys place is very dirty love the coffe and staff but impossible for how busy it is for them 2 keep it clean absolutely disgusting Nero you make enough money get more staff before your reported health and hygiene !

Left us standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes whilst they had a chat and did the cleaning.Brought food to table and didn't speak or respond even we said Thank you.Customer came in with a dog that smelled not a good experience 2 coffees 2 sandwiches and a teacake over £20 and we had a money off voucher so pricey for worse than a greasy spoon

Hygiene fail.
Dogs in a cafe seems bad enough, unless guide dogs.
But dogs on the chairs?
Seriously? It's not the cleanest place as it is.

Really nice team of staff who take the time to make very nice drinks to customers' liking. Josh & Jade in particular are great and very friendly to me and my family. Thank you for always making our after school visits a happy experience!

The cafe atmosphere, drinks, bakery, music, and baristas are all great.
Especially my barista was very friendly.
All menu items are delicious, but I especially recommend the cinnamon swirl as a menu item to go with coffee.

Some of the staff are shocking... One of the girls is so rude and has such a bad attitude, also her uniform is never clean. I wonder how she got employed! Zero manners and obviously does not follow the uniform policy of Nero coffee

This was my first and definitely my last visit there
I ordered Pistachio iced latte and cheesecake and they tasted really bad couldn't even finish them
