Great & friendly service, place was clean too, only mention the toilet which is disabled and obviously used by both male and females which is not the cleanest.

I went there yesterday (3 Nov 2024) at 10am. There was the most unpleasant awful disgusting vomit inducing barista I have ever met. I don?t her name but she was the only blonde one in that shift. She was behaving as if I insulted her or punched her or something. I merely ordered double espresso and Italian bun!! If you don?t like to do customer service in a hospitality job, move out. Don?t destroy a great brand because of your issues. And I was not the only one who noticed her unpleasant attitude. I am not coming again to this most awful customer service experience again.

Amazing quality time and drinks were woowowow. Food was OK but again good fan of Nero Drinks.

Toilet isn?t good, there is a massive piddle of pee on the floor and no one cleans the toilets after 13:00 on Fridays, evidence uploaded. I get it though - When you live in a part of the country where people are not motivated to take good care of the place they spend time or live in, I get why businesses lose motivation for taking care of themselves.
Drinks are ok, but sometimes when getting pistachio iced lattes they would literally just dump the syrup at the bottom of the drink. I?ve been to other Caffè Neros where they?d blend the drink before serving. That was what got me into pistachio iced lattes in the first place.
Edit: Apologies, they do clean it on weekends, but needs to be a bit more often.

Service sorry no service. Twice been there on 25/05 morning awful slow service when no customers. Went today 28/05, Again the long curly chubby mouse hair with glasses and other staff chatting when I was ready to order. Staff training please needed just disposable I go here because drinks great and cinnamon swirl is mine and hubbys fave
