Service realty great , pleasant atmosphere . Best of all the drinks . We had a really delicious, and creamy coffee. Our barista Katie was extremely pleasant and nice to talk to . Lola - age 9

I visited this store and I was extremely shocked at this service. We were paying customers and needed to use the toilet. The man working there kissed his teeth and said why do people always need the toilet when I’ve just cleaned it in a rude tone. However he did apologise for this. Dirty cafe. Staff don’t clean up trays and dirty cups left on tables. Service is slow. Probably the worst Café Nero I’ve ever drank in.
