Came into cafe Nero to work before my train and the service was 10/10, especially for a Saturday! Staff are super friendly, shoutout to the barista with red hair for her customer service & super good matcha, definitely the best cafe Nero in Birmingham! All of the staff are super friendly and effficient :)

Wow bad service from the start here. Popped in to do some work and have an espresso. The espresso was served in a dirty cup. I also asked to use the loo and was met was extremely unhelpful staff member who refused to give me the key saying no multiple times for no reason saying she can not find it and it was sitting on the counter. She refused to give me her name, manager was also very rude. Don't go

Rajvi and Umaira were phenomenal! They served me a latte and a flat white which were both delicious. They were very friendly and brilliant!

Café Nero is a great option if you want a reliable coffee shop. The coffee is consistently good, and they have a decent selection of pastries and sandwiches. The atmosphere is usually pretty chill, making it a good spot to hang with friends or get some work done. Plus, the staff is generally friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better.

The service I received here was disgusting, I asked the lady on the till for a white mocha (which obviously is coffee with white chocolate) and she gave me a white hot chocolate. I brought it back up to say there was no coffee in the mocha and she said I didn?t specify that I wanted coffee? I think everyone knows that a mocha is supposed to have coffee in?! Anyways I said to her well I?m a barista and a mocha should come with coffee in anyway and she started being so rude to me saying how am I supposed to know you want coffee if you don?t tell me? Absolutely disgusting customer service to argue with a customer when you?re clearly in wrong, so please Caffè Nero teach your baristas what a mocha is because it?s embarrassing. I?ve also took the liberty to include a photo of what the Caffè Nero website describes as a mocha on their menu ??

Popped in here as the other local cafe nero didn't open till later on a Sunday morning. Usual nero offerings, loads of indoor and outdoor seating. Was a bit difficult to find on Google maps.

Hi !! Very Disappointed.i agree they must be tired by the evening but working at station itself should make you understand the importance of speed of service which was lacking. I ordered two drinks but ended up with only one fearing to miss my train after waiting there in queue first to order and then to get the drink for almost 10 minutes.

I?ve been ordering my drinks over few years in this branch regularly occasionally due to payment system I keep on looking like a fool that my transactions keep on declining couple times had to withdraw cash at the cash point to pay for my drinks and couldn?t make a payment with ordinary shop pdq machine system but works fine in Starbucks or Pret A Manger next door! The gentleman at the shop was rude shouted to me to close the door and overall attitude when I already lost time and had to dash to get a coffee elsewhere and not to be late for the train, overall had hundreds coffees over here but no more anymore after today

I was so annoyed this morning, the queue was quite long and there was an thin girl on right side girl who was serving a lady (I think it?s her friend) they both were having a chat making and took her own time to serve us all. It was really annoying i waited there for more than 10 mins and then I gave up. She needs to understand it?s a train station and people will be in rush. I just wasted 10 mins for nothing.
