Staff were a bit out of it or clueless. Ordered some chocolate hazelnut frappes and they were not good. Didn't have any chocolate and when we requested for a remake the 2nd batch was too strong of coffee. The lady offered to make it again but we were in a hurry and couldn't be bothered. Couldn't finish the 2nd batch as they were too strong of coffee and just binned them.

The girl on the cafe as you enter the airport had no customer skill and could not even say please and thank you. A poor experience when starting my holiday.

An excellent flat white coffee for under £4, which is on par with the High Street prices.
Impressive presentation of sweet treats with ambient music. Very clean throughout. Served by the helpful Tarley.

2nd March very rude brunette member of staff (wearing North face Tshirt) clearly didn't want to be there. Just quit love. The rest of the staff very pleasant and yes it's a demanding job being in an airport..

Nice, friendly service. The coffee was hot and tasted good. Like the fact that you can use tastecard to get a 25% discount on all barista-prepared. drinks.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Brought my order to my table with a smile. Food was well heated up, café nice and clean as well. Nice relaxing playlist on too, mix of R and B and Bossa Nova. Café has a nice European vibe.
