absolutely appalling customer service I approached counter staff playing on their phone facing the opposite way and then I was asked if I'm paying cash or card and when I said card I was told over there so needless to say I just walked away and left it just because of the customer service

The manager does even talk proper English
Not even understand, even we are trying to explain what is it and he was too arrogant. There wasn?t any food so we ordered mocha and hot chocolate it was tasted like hot water and sugar. No quality of food.
He was refused to change the drink.
The worst place to visit in the shopping centre.
