It?s a service station, so it?s best to set your expectations accordingly. The food is standard and nothing out of the ordinary, but when I visited, there were no long queues, which was a nice surprise. The staff were polite and efficient, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. As is typical, you place your order using a machine and then collect it when it?s ready, which keeps things straightforward. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a quick stop, and I?d definitely recommend it if you?re passing through.

The coffee is terrible, cold and tastes the cheapest. The potatoes are dry and salty. Horrible.

If you're in a hurry and would you like to experience the good stuff from Burger king I would probably recommend avoiding this place at the afternoon ordered some takeaway cos I was in a very crossing UK it only cost me 30 minutes plus the regular high-priced slow fast food and I even got my order wrong......

Northbound M5 Frankly. Cold and clinical atmosphere. Dirty floors. Zero customer service, order number was called and then there was just a grunt as the food was handed over. I say food, I?ve seen more nutritious sawdust! Burger was dry, and considering it was apparently cooked fresh in a quiet restaurant had a distinct feel (and appearance) of having been either kept warm or re-heated partly because the cheese was melted but the food was luke-warm. My advice is rather than using these services, continue up to Junction 2 at Dudley where there is a McDonalds and a Tim Hortons right next to the motorway. And their parent and child bays are much safer than the ones at the Frankly services. It?s a shame there isn?t an option for a zero star review on here!
Parking: Child spaces are in the middle of the carpark so kids have to cross the road that vehicles are driving down to exit. And the bay (yes there is only one) is the same size as a standard bay?? useless!

if i could give 0 stars i would. ordered food and it literally come uncooked. Chips were basically frozen. burgers both absolutely freezing. got given 2 diet coke instead of 1 full fat and a chocolate milkshake.
