Amazing staff, both ladies on the reception, are very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them even though I was asking for advanced paperwork and to make upfront payments ( they were both very accommodating).Rabina is just fantastic as is her colleague Ava, I'm extremely nervous with dentists due to previously bad experiences however, Rabina puts you at ease and explains every step of your visit and the processes to ensure you are okay. Both are lovely and friendly whilst remaining professional and always asking if I was okay throughout.Very happy with my visit and can highly recommend ?

Having been a part of this dental practice for some time, I found the receptionist delighted on approach, especially Harley, she was helpful, kind, efficient and polite. I was then seen my the dentist Rabina, she was very understanding of my nerves and worked promptly, she was also very kind and made me feel at ease.

Saw Rabina today as my old dentist had left. Such a lovely lady, explained everything she was going to do to ease my tooth ache issues...Thorough check up and clean aswell as x rays taken. Sealed the fracture in my tooth... prescription in hand.Left full of confidence.Have been coming here for years and have never had any problems. All very friendly ?.

We?ve used this dental practice for a number of years now and the staff here are always friendly and welcoming.Two of my sons were seen by Rabina Maqsood this afternoon. First time seeing her and she was brilliant with them. Very efficient and informative, her assistant was lovely too. Really nice ladies.It?s always been a pleasurable experience coming here. I attended Bupa Dental in Erdington last Saturday for a Hygenist appointment. From entering the surgery to leaving,all the staff were pleasant and calming,which certainly helped on the day!Thanks to allAidan

As a family we have been using this surgery for more than 15 years. The staff are always helpful and professional. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Never had any problems. I would always be happy to recommend

I can only say good things about this practice!Prior to going to this practice I hadn?t been to the dentist in a number of years because like many people can agree, it?s never really been a pleasant experience, it doesn?t help I?m also quite a nervous patient.Right from the start everyone is so nice and thoughtful and it really helps create a calming atmosphere. All the receptionists, especially Harley, are friendly and happy to help with any queries.My experience with my dentist Dr. Jabor has also been excellent, he?s very good with nervous patients and is happy to explain everything throughly to ensure you know what?s happening, and is willing to go slowly and take the time you need for the treatment.All in all, it?s one of the best dental practices I?ve been to.

Whilst I?ve been living in Erdington, I?ve always used this dentist surgery, even before Bupa took over. I didn?t rate it too highly when it was Oasis, my old dentist there made me cry! But I can only say wonderful things about my dentist, Rabina Maqsood. She?s so kind and patient and explains everything clearly. She?s an absolute wonder for a very anxious patient like me. It really does help to have a dentist who is understanding and willing to work with you and your anxiety. I?ve never felt rushed or shamed or anything by her (or the dental nurse) whilst in my appointments with her. I?m very grateful for that.Big shout out to Kirsty (I believe it was) who was on reception and very good about me cancelling/rebooking due to my anxiety. Receptionists are the first point of contact when dealing with the dental clinic so it really helps when they?re kind and friendly. Especially when you?re terrified of the dentist like I am! One in the past was a bit gruff and unpleasant on the phone but that experience was an anomaly, not sure of her name either.All in all, a good experience ?

Visited today and saw Mohammed Jabor..he was amazing! I have had so many issues since being pregnant and having my baby and he reassured me so much.Everyone has been amazing not unpleasant in any aspect

All the staff at erdington bupa make for a friendly and comfortable visit. From receptionists Harley and Charlotte to dentist Mohamed.The ability to have a laugh is beneficial and everybody I meet on my visits do so.

Bupa dental care were brilliant, I called 15+ different dentists but no one was taking on patients, I called Bupa dental care and they managed to get me an emergency appointment, the receptionists were so polite, so helpful and very respectful compared to other places. Very happy with my experience at Bupa dental care
