The place has completely gone downhill. Last time I visited was when it opened so I had a good first impression but wow have things changed. Shop is run down, it seems to be a justeat business, the pizza was terrible with hardly any toppings. The staff were all huddled at the back of the kitchen eating whilst I had to keep asking if my order was ready. There were no othrr customers but they are clearly busy prioritising just eat orders. Staff have no idea on hygiene or customer service. I got violently sick from the pizza also. I will never visit again and would recommend others to stay clear

I first time visited to Broadway 2, well? the chicken Donna meat wrap with salad & mayo was one of the best wraps I?ve had. Really enjoyed it thank you

Disgusting experience, purchased 2 Family size pizza for dinner. Found mould spots all over the underside of the base. Will NEVER order from here again. Will post picture. ?

Ordered a £20 Pizza I will be honest the portion was massive it looked big the toppings and everything suggested that it would taste nice. But from eating this Pizza all I could taste was bread?. I then realised that there was hardly any tomato puree underneath the cheese which is why all I was tasting was cheese and bread. Please improve this.

Fries no salt under cooked
Fish burger stunk and tastes disgusting. Gave it to the dogs and they didn't even eat it .
Very disappointed. 1st and last time coming here .man cutting raw chicken of the chicken kebab machine and than used the same knife to cut the cooked meat. Dirty rude staff

I had daddy pizza regular size pizza base bread very thin like a pancake topping wasn't great lack any flavour chicken pieces very bland cheese top okay not sure what's so special eating area old school vibes places been open very long time wasn't great experience eating pizza I had top the pizza chilli sauce with it can't understand the hype only good thing HMC certificate on the door busy places definitely not for me

Ordered on Uber eats, I called the store because it had been out for delivery for 15 mins and the shop is only 1 mile away. I asked where my order is and the person said it was on its way. I explained that I already know it's on its way and it had been on the way for 15 mins he then repeated the same thing and had attitude. The food came cold and quality was very poor. My order came with 1.5 litre bottle and they sent a cheap brand coke cola. Disgusting service won't be ordering from them again

The food use to be so great. It was were I would order regularly. Lately it's been a hit and a miss When its a hit it's so good. But when it's not it's not so great the amount of time they have sent dry or overcooked pizza. I used to order mixed grill and you could tell it's a mix grill but now on 2 occasions brought mix grill and honestly cannot tell the difference between tandoori chicken and mixed grill as theres barely any toppings on so now just stopped ordering mix grill. But did definitely notice sometimes the cheese is rubbery. Never wanted to complain as for years ordering regularly here and they always been so good but just found out that the owners have changed and it just clicked. No wounder the food isn't the same anymore and they are been more stingy with the toppings and increased the prices. That's not how a business lasts. Learn from the previous owner. My other problem is how it's delivered. I have seen how the pizza boxes are taken out of the just eat bags tilted which in return half the pizza are smashed because the delivery drivers don't keep the pizzas straight anymore so annoying never had this problem few months back but now regularly. What's more annoying is packageing they put a burger meal sideways, like seriously what is going to happen to that burger. It comes apart. Yesterday burger was put sideways and the whole burger was coming away from each other. but imagine it was someone with OCD. It was for a kid that didn't mind but If it was for a another child I know they would go crazy just at the sight of how the burger looked, it was worse than MacDonald fish o fillet burger placement and this isn't the first time either. Please keep burger meals flat.
