Such amazing customer service. My first package got lost in the post and they were swift to get another one made and sent, despite issues communicating over email. When I rang to make a query about the order they explained everything clearly and patiently.I would highly recommend.

I urge anybody who is looking for beautifully hand-made silver and gold jewellery to look here first. The customer service was impeccable and the product purchased was absolutely stunningly crafted and beautifully unique. (see photos).Andrew was amazing throughout the purchase and I would highly recommend speaking with him about any jewellery pieces that you would like to buy, as he was absolutely fabulous, has a wealth of knowledge to share and is willing to spend time in talking through the product offering.
