I cannot praise the women at Bravissimo enough! Thank you so much to the team on cannon street in Birmingham. I brought my mom to town to treat her for her birthday and finally get her measured. She's a disabled woman and often feels out of place in shops. The team welcomed her warmly and made her feel safe and comfortable to get measured. It saved our day after having an awful experience at Boux Avenue in the Bullring! Thank you Ladies, we will be absolutely coming back and recommending this store specifically!

Disappointing. I went in today to purchase a few bra sets. I originally had an appointment for 3pm but because I roughly knew I was between two sizes and in a hurry, I asked if I could try them on earlier and just get a quick check to see if they fit ok.
The girl on the till was very friendly and asked one of the other girls to get the sizes available. There were about 5-6 bras.
The other lady fetched the bras along with a different one as the one was not in my size and said she would check the size for me once I tried them on.
I tried on the first size and as I was coming out of the cubicle to get it checked, a young staff member who was in the changing room looked at me then walked off. She went across to the other side of the shop and began to talk to the lady who had fetched my bras. The young girl kept catching my eye and It was obvious I needed some attention but she continued talking to the other staff member. At one point a member of the public went to get their attention for me and commented on them being too busy talking, but by this point they had gone downstairs for fittings.
It was a shame because I would have probably bought all the sets if I knew they were the correct sizing. (I'm cautious with bras as I lost my mum to breast cancer hence why I wanted to make sure it was still the correct fit)
I handed the bras to the lady at the till and told her I was disappointed. I could understand if at this point staff were busy but they were not until they went down to the fitting rooms. The lady behind the till offered to check them for me but by this point I had been in the shop for too long. Its a shame as I have always rated bravissimo but today was disappointing especially as you cannot currently order online. I will have to order from freya directly now which is not a problem other than it will take longer to arrive and I wanted them sooner, but it also means i will have to find a replacement for the bravissimo ones that I liked.

Went in for a bra fitting today - Mehar was amazing - she made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail - the different types of bras - where the bra should properly sit etc - she was also very patience and recommended different styles allowing me to try them on - ensuring I left with the style I wanted.
