Message to say they had my prescription went to collect next day to be told they had only had it that day and to come back the next day ? when I said they message day before to say they had my prescription the person walked back behind the pharmacy counter. This has got to be the worst brand of Boots in the UK. They are beyond incompetent, and extremely rude. The way they spoke to two pensioners on two separate occasions was appalling. I'd advise anyone living local to this branch to avoid and go elsewhere, even if it means travelling further. That's what my circle... read full comment

Called in to collect a prescription for my husband, who was advised it would be available. It wasn’t no problem there, come back next day, I wasn’t given a time.
