I heard this boots in kings heath was closing down I was told this Saturday 23rd this month hope this is not true as this pharmacy is a vital part of the KH community as lots of patients rely on it it for their prescriptions

A female member of staff pretending to work on the till needs to learn to help customers, rather than standing there and making fun of them with her male colleague who is slouching over the counter next to her.

What has happened to your customer service lately? There seems to be a big turnover of staff and not for the better. I used to regularly use this branch of Boots, but I now avoid it if I can. Rude, apathetic staff on the tills, particularly the younger ones. They don't say please and thank you for your custom, and today, there were two of them on the tills, talking about a previous customer who was in front of me and as she left the store. Whilst I was being served, they carried on talking to each other. Just rude!!!!!! They need to visit other Boots' stores and see how the staff conduct themselves for the better. Disgraceful really, as I have been living in kings heath for a long time and shouldn't have to feel a store is off- putting such as this.
Please look at staff training or employ some decent people front of house.

Helen, is absolutely wonderful and was the kindest pharmacist in the world. I?m going through some stuff and she was incredibly understanding and supportive as well as really helpful. Shoutout to Helen and the local boots.

Kings heath has to be one of the worst customer service.... Literally no respect for customers, Cold attitude and lack helping customers.
Went in today with my daughter to pickup a package. My daughter's a college student but yet the attitude behind the tile was vile. Her attitude regarding when my daughter give order number, lady behind the tile with a disgusting vile voice kept asking my daughter to repeat order number, my daughter had to repeat 3x left my daughter with anxiety. She said she wouldn't want to go into boots again if the red hair lady is ter.. She felt some racism toward her ??.. About time to hire new staff

Went into the boots pharmacy today Saturday 1st February. I said hello to the lady and handed over a prescription only to be met with silence and a stern look. Her name was kirstie. Absolutely shocking customer service or lack thereof. Not returning to either Boots or Boots pharmacy because of this experience.

Always when I go to buy baby food they start the alarm and they say go out shoplifter . I live in king heath for 8 years and never still very disappointed ??.never ever buy something from boots king heath

Stood at prescriptions counter back of the store for a good five mins, no sign advising saying it was closed
The person working there looked at me twice but was to busy talking her friend who had popped in didn't bother coming over
When she finished she starting moving stuff round on the shelfs and I had to approach and was advised it was closed
Terrible bad customer service
The store is dated and feels like it's the late 90s, Superdrug do a far job and boots need to sort there act out

Would be nice if they actually opened at 10:00am on a Sunday. Its at least 10:20 every Sunday! Always an excuse of technical problems, but every Sunday! They've lost customers who got fed up with waiting for them to open.

A perennially underinvested branch....rows and rows or empty shelves... An overall disappointment. Only saving grace is the excellent staff but clearly not supported by their management. Disappointing

Such a great Opticians - had a fantastic, thorough eye test, the frame selection is so good and the sales people are really great. Definitely recommend!
