Friendly staffing team who go out of their way to make sure you have a good service. Always willing to help/ take time out of their day to find out how you are and has a good community feel despite it being part of a big chain (Boots). The store has a very basic offering but this is to be expected due to size of store.

Bought a packet of ibuprofen capsules recently. Some ingredients are shown on one of the sides of the packet. When I opened the packet there was a leaflet which showed all the ingredients, one of which was gelatine which I do not consume. Took it back but both the cashier and manager refused to exchange/refund. Was told I should have checked before I bought it. How? The leaflet was inside the closed packet!\\nSo rang the national number on the back of the receipt. Was resolved within 5 minutes!\\nIf you are vegetarian or do not take gelatine for religious reasons ASK for the ingredients before you pay.\\nAlso I think Boots should clearly indicate on the packet/container if the item is suitable for vegetarians.

Closed for lunch everyday between 1 and 2. Exactly when people are on their lunch break from work and are able to visit the Pharmacy. Dumb. I get they need lunch but when you are a shop you need to try to accommodate when the world is able to come to your shop.
