Rude and unhelpful staff, especially the Girl on the till. I went in 30 minutes before closing time. I asked the staff for help. instead of helping, two Girls told me that they close in a few minutes. They do not care about the business. Very unprofessional.

The staff in this store are appallingly rude. What I assume is the manager seems to have a real attitude problem after witnessing her lay into multiple people today, shouting at customers and delivery drivers in front of other customers. I don't know what was going on but there's nothing that could justify this sort of behaviour.
The security staff were unprofessional too, quite obviously swearing under their breath.
I wouldn't bother coming to this shop again.

Disappointing Experience at Boots
I went to Boots and accidentally purchased a broken item that , I wanting to return it immediately after noticing it was leaking through the unopened packaging. Instead of receiving assistance, I was blamed for breaking the item.
The staff manager's attitude was unprofessional; I felt looked down upon, and the customer service was incredibly bad. I was disrespected and humiliated in front of other customers, and nobody offered to help me. I walked out of the store feeling deeply upset and frustrated.
I have always appreciated Boots for its products and service, but this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Horrible experience. Went to buy makeup and there was basically no makeup at all. No testers and barely enough makeup. I then went to the hair section which barely had any hair products. The fake nails area was messy and unorganized. Never coming here again!!!!

During my recent visit to Boots, I was fortunate to be assisted by Nasaibah. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Nasaibah went above and beyond to ensure I found the right products. Nasaibah's friendly approach made all the difference. I truly appreciated her willingness to help. This made my brief shopping trip a pleasure. I left the store feeling happy thanks to Nasaibah's exceptional service.

Unfortunately didn?t have a great experience here. The store is a real mess with testers everywhere, damaged/unclean and basically not able to use. Every tester that was somewhat useable, once we?d find an appropriate shade, I asked a colleague on several occasions for a sealed product. Every time they checked, they were out of stock/unavailable. Wasted an hour in this store, ended up going home and ordered off LookFantastic. The whole store is untidy and really hard to shop in (even the clothing is a state).

Rude and arrogant security guard he was watching me and followed me around the whole store until I finished my payment at the till, I felt very intimidated by him. He needs to be replaced. He does this every time I shop here, I have not come here to steal, I come here to shop. I would not shop here anymore.

Worst boots to shop at, they close their doors 15mins before closing time, when other shops around there close 5 mins before closing time?? The security guard is ever so RUDE! I will be taking this matter to their HR. If I could I would give this store a big FAT 0!!!

They have no staff on tills or shop floor and there?s always long queues. The shop floor probably only has one staff member and when I went I was waiting for 5 -7 minutes before I had to leave as I was in a rush. Improvements need to be made and more staff needed.
