Store opens at 8am but the pharmacy which inside the store st 9am?. So plan accordingly with this bizarre arrangements. Waites till 9am only to hear that the pharmacist is not there on time ?. Again?,

Thank you to the pharmacist that helped me this evening, I asked for a certain item however she actually recommended something else for my symptoms, and without asking explained exactly how the medicine works and why the medication I asked for is no good with my condition. I ended up leaving feeling much more optimistic about getting better and so much more knowledged, she made me feel like she cared and went above and beyond to talk to me, I went to the doctors in the morning and felt more hopeful leaving the pharmacy then I did the doctors appointment. And in general this boots really stands out I?ve never had a bad experience with any pharmacy but this one has wonderful staff that want to help you.

Used to be brilliant. New staff are terrible. Refuse to sell a Meal deal at correct price with the Boots card unless you download the app. Old staff were fantastic.

Worst service ever. I had an emergency parcel to collect and it was pouring down and I was delayed by 1 minute. They didn?t even hear my problem and treated me rudely. When I reached at door the girl said ?stand back!? as I was a robber or something. Atleast they could have been polite in telling that it?s closing hours. But they were so rude and I really had an emergency package to collect.

Good staff depending who you bump into.The place is very narrow which makes it very uncomfortable to manoeuvre around safely.Prices just shoot up for NO reason as well as NO promotion for deals to entice newcomers or old ones on a daily basis.Upon entering it smells like a farm as the whole automatic door is closed air tight.

Just had a lovely dinner in Cafe Rouge in the Bull Ring tonight. Sandro and James gave us fabulous attentive service. I am very sad to hear that the last Cafe Rouge will be leaving Birmingham in July! Will try to come back before the doors close for good!

I live in London, and my local Cafe Rouge has disappeared, so it was great to visit this one. I was in Birmingham for a wedding. The service was great, and the food was good. It was good value, an Irina was a great waitress. If it were local, I would be a regular.

Cafe rouge was a nice light lunch stop. The food was good and we enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco over lunch. Staff friendly and welcoming.

About a week ago my family and I went to Birmingham to see the city and we stopped at the Cafè Rouge for dinner. The food was very nice, especially the bourgoignon. We found a lovely staff, really professional and helpful. Special thanks to Paulina who served us that day. I would definetely recommend this place.

Visited Cafe Rouge yesterday in Birmingham for pre theatre drinks & food, we had the lunchtime menu. We couldn't fault a thing. The ambience was beautiful, the lady who served us upstairs (wish we had her name) couldn't do enough for us, she made us very welcome. The food was delicious, I had Croque Madame and chips, I highly recommend this, very tasty and a large portion. Drinks were great too. I'd give more than 5?????????? if I could. Thank you Cafe Rouge

Every time there was an issue with my prescription for the last 3 months, feels like coordonation and logistics are in shambles there, poor customer service also
