The pharmacy desk for over the counter medication provides inconsistent information every visit. When you try and speak with someone they suddenly are unavailable.

Appallingly bad, after doing my shopping and filling my basket then had to mess around walking from till to till trying to find one that was open and then would take cash. I gave up and walked out.To boots - I wanted to buy products from you but I'm not messing around trying to give you my money. Very bad shopping experience. I won't be going back.

Boots pharmacy : No one ever answers the phone there. Do not leave your prescription there. They will say 'we will message you as soon as the tablets are in'. But they will NOT! And no one will answer the phone - ever!! Go to an independent pharmacy near you.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! went in and was blamed for stealing when it was a problem in their own faulty machinery and the receipt i was given was invalid! the security guard was incredible rude and did not even bother apologising when he went to check the cameras and realised he was in the wrong, and did not even bother explaining their own mistakes and his colleague attempted to lock the doors when we were given the right of passage to leave, the lady at the self service was astonishingly rude and lied about not remembering that she had seen us and would not confirm we did not steal.

I have stopped coming here as twice i collected an online order and twice the machines went off when leaving the store meaning i had to be stopped. Horrible experience because they could not be bothered to remove the tags knowing fully well that it would set off the scanners at exit. When i reported it to the store manager, he wasn't bothered and fobbed me off to his assistant who wasn't that interested in preventing a reoccurence. Sort it out Boots

Went to spend a voucher and use points. Most tills are now self serve but you can use your points and gift vouchers on the machines so was able to do what I wanted.Large selection of Christmas gifts already in stock and plenty of medication self helps to browse.

Usually one of my favourite places to shop. Not too excited about the self check out tills. There were not many members of staff on the floor to help. Not a very joyous experience, not sure how they will cope over the Christmas period and January sales. ? I'd give it 2 1/2 if I could.

I had an amazing experience at the Givenchy counter. I needed help to buy a perfume as a gift and Goldie was amazing at helping me chose! The Givenchy perfume I bought is absolutely amazing! And she also got me to get a boots card! Thank you so much your your amazing customer service !
