I had the best experience at Boots High Street Birmingham with my friend, all thanks to Liane! On Friday, the 22nd, we went in to buy the L?Oréal True Match foundation, and she helped us find our exact shades so perfectly. On top of that, she suggested a really great fixing spray, which I ended up buying along with the foundation. She was so lively, sweet, and genuinely lovely to talk to! She gave us amazing skincare advice and simple tips too. Honestly, it was my best ever experience at Boots. Liane really went above and beyond and deserves recognition for the brilliant job she?s doing!

Visit if you want to be treated like a thief the moment you step in. Was trying to browse for a few items but the black security was following me round every aisle. The white security gaurd kept staring me down and making me feel uncomfortable. Left without purchasing anything. Just because I want to shop at my own pace doesn?t give them the right to discriminate. Will be taking this further

I lost my receipt for a foundation that turned out to be broken, but Taylor went above and beyond to help me out. She was super fast, professional, and understanding. She let me exchange the foundation for something else without any hassle. Really appreciated her friendly attitude and quick service, made the whole experience stress-free. Taylor deserves a raise! I went with my sister to get her foundation shade matched at the No7 counter, and Pav made the experience truly enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, regularly checking how the shade looked and asking for our input. Pav was warm, easy to talk to, and clearly passionate about skincare and makeup.
