The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and they listened. The optician was amazing and we felt at ease with her. It was a stark contrast to having a bad experience at another opticians where we felt we were on a conveyor belt. Me and my daughter would definitely recommend Boots Opticians.

I had to return to the opticians because I just couldn?t get along with my new glasses, and I?m so glad I was helped by John, the manager. From the moment I explained my problem, he was patient, friendly, and genuinely interested in figuring out what was going wrong. He did a very thorough check, asked all the right questions, and used his experience to identify the issue. He explained everything clearly in a way that made sense, and I felt completely understood. John then arranged for new glasses to be ordered, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out ? it?s the best customer service I?ve ever received. John is an outstanding employee!

A very good customer service carried out by Helly at Boots and it was well structured , time taken and explained through each test, where as I have been to other opticians and it was a rush rush test and no explaination during the test. I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians to my family and friends.

Brilliant service from the whole team, I had my glass lenses in my glasses made from here 2 years ago, I dropped my glasses and the lens broke, I was distraught left without glasses to wear for work, I have a high prescription. Thank goodness Amrah was able to swap my old lenses into my frame and adjust the frame so it fits better. John welcomed me with a smile as usual, very friendly & great service from them once again. Will always recommend them, thank you so much.

The staff were really friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well looked after. Madeeha in particular stood out ? she explained my prescription in a way I understood and recommended frames that genuinely suited me. I ended up with a pair that feels professional and sharp, and I wouldn?t have chosen them without her guidance. Excellent service all round.
