I will stop shopping here for the following reasons1- Always a que - Staff are beyond slow when serving people & don?t call for help when a que builds up then even when a staff member does come they aren?t in a rush.2- always young girls on the counter chatting away about their personal life.I would just like to be served and leave the premises promptly instead of having to feel like I?m Interrupting their conversation.I now know all about a young girl texting someone?s husband. (Tad too much info) and more!3- I spend more time waiting to be served than shopping.

This morning I have received utterly disgusting and rude behaviour here .When I entered I simply said good morning to the receptionist but I wasblatantly ignored.When I walked up to the counter to get my card checked I simply said hi but was still ignored.Her name was Michelle and after she checked my card she just threw it back at me.This shows a lack of customer service and I am really disappointed as a customer.People like this should not work in this profession.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gavin who is possibly the area manager. He was a brilliant man to deal with and a real Gentleman. Excellent example of how managers should be.

Good range, stock levels vary depending on item. Some have limited availability and some have pallets full. Prices are ok
