Came here in June with my family, usually the customer service is pretty good. This time around there was an older lady with glasses who works there who was quite rude.
One of my family members politely asked where a particular item would be located in the store. She looked annoyed at even being approached. Her response came across as very patronising, rude and condescending. She started speaking slowly as if we were aliens who had just landed on earth and couldn?t understand English. Very disappointing to have staff that take their anger out on customers unwarranted.

I was buying my mom a pizza cutter and I was refused cause apparently you need ID for things like a pizza cutter as well so my mom didn?t have her own card on her so we left it and then my dad came to buy it cause this was the only b and m open and the guy at the till got very rude to us cause he said he refused me first time as well . But I wasn?t the one buying I just showed my dad which item it was and was just standing there waiting for him and the guy got very rude to us I should have asked for a manager but I?m leaving this review hopefully the manager is reading this I shop a lot at b and m especially my local ones I only came to this one cause every other one shuts at 8. I won?t be coming back here again I?d rather shop at the range if that?s the case it?s better shop and the customer service is 10/10. He wasn?t even nice when we first approached him to buy the rest of the items. I?d advice anyone I know to not go here as I felt like he didn?t want to serve me or my dad cause of our ethnicity .

Wow. What a great store. Thousands of bargains. I got very emotional and excited when I visited. I have just been released from a Secure Mental Health Unit and just loved the place. Great helpful staff

This is your normal BnM store, which is pretty standard, and the staff is polite and friendly. Can't really say much, only visited a handful of times and never had a bad experience.

Place is aways busy, good offers but a bit samey. Prices are reasonable. I go for essentials mainly. Good for People wanting to change decor at a reasonable price. Though always welcoming at the till
