The nurse in Quinton was very rude. She told me if your dogs will bark wait outside and my dogs was always excited not barking just whinning as they get excited with the smell they are labrador they love the smell to come in the clinic it's winter Dec 13 at 5:20 pm and freezing cold. I always go there monthly but this time the nurse was very rude. That's not the right way to deal with the client.

Their service sucks! 1. My kitten got four injections while other vets only need two. 2. They have scheduled four times for my kitten's last injection!!!!!unbelievable!!!!

Since Mr Gubbins retired it has been a rocky transition to other vets. Gemma is warm towards both animal and human.i can highly recommend her.Sadly since first meeting Jason at the Dudley hospital late at night for an emergency visit I have had multiple bad experiences with him. I tried repeatedly to give him the benefit of the doubt but because sick and tired of his abusive aggressive approach although my last visit his attitude had become attenuated in the extreme!! I don't know if it was because I had a chaperone with me or if he had had a review with management. So , it has been a very close run as to whether to leave blacks or not. If you are not happy with the vet on first consultation just try another visit as there are some very nice and good vets at Blacks.

Tried to book my dog in for booster told no appointments at any branch only had a week for booster told by receptionist that I would have to book full vaccines as could not get my dog in till after booster ran out. Told me no appts at any branch. I rang oldbury and they booked her in for vaccine. Customer service at quinton is terrible. I have got all 5 dogs at quinton branch but no loyalty to customers and also told me a lie cos I booked my dog in at oldbury found staff helpful there at least

I love Black's Vets. The vets there are really attentive and not at all patronising. The nurses are great on the whole. Reception staff are brilliant also. Their flea and worm medicine is top notch and covers ticks too which is useful for peace of mind if you love country walks. They sent text messages to remind you about flea and worm and about appointments. If it's urgent they will almost always be able to find a way to fit you in.

Blacks Vets were fantastic with my kitten yesterday. He felt relaxed and was treated gently. At the end he was given treats and a new toy. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Fantastic vets at Quinton branch. Telephoned a few days after getting our new puppy, was given information about pet plans and course of action. Appointment booked straight away for his 1st injection, thorough examination given. Extremely satisfied with the level of service from both the receptionist and the Vet.
