5 star service from a 5 star team. Would not use any other estate agent in the area. Jayne and Jemma are super friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable as well as understanding to the stresses that come along with buying and selling. Nothing is too much trouble and that's why they continue to get my repeat business. Thank you ladies.

I understand that dealing with tenants can be an absolute nightmare as I do it myself, however, there are a few members of staff that have no manners and do not know how to talk to a potential client in the phone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately.

Terrible people you ask for a viewing and you ring every week to no avail 8 weeks later your told the property has sold and no one has bothered to inform you even though you have shown Intrest multiple times

I'd like to praise Jemma from Black and White lettings for the speed and efficiency with which she let my property, and being a joy to work with.From my first call to Black and White to the property being let took around 7 working days. Jemma had the property advertised within 2 hour of her inspection and had tenants lined up a couple of days after.She managed to fully vet 2 prospective tenant's shortly after, kept me informed and within the week the most favourable tenant was signed up.Throughout the process Jemma exhibited a great personality and work ethic.If I had one minor criticism it is that, for working Landlords it would be handy if Black and White were open on Saturday mornings.
