Would highly recommend. Designed my own ring with help from the experienced and friendly staff at this family run business. Chose from a range of emerald stones then diamond sizes and choice of band. Result was a stunning, bespoke ring.

Went in to ask for a quote on getting scratches polished out of the table facet of my tourmaline. However the quality of polish was shocking, it came back off centre with rounded edges and a corner facet missing as it was done so unevenly. It is now costing me more money to get the stone fixed and re cut elsewhere.When contacted them over the phone asking for a refund or resolution I was shouted at (while I remained calm and no voice raised) and claimed to have asked for it because I only paid for the table facet so that?s what I get. For someone to quote a service then tell me it?s my fault for ?asking for it? and if I wanted it done I should have paid for more (this the quote they gave me and was never mentioned when I went in) is appauling customer service. I went in trusting their judgement on how to get a scratch out to then be met with more problems created from such bad quality. I would avoid them at all costs.

Ruined a beautiful Tourmaline on my wife. The lady was very rude on the phone when asked what happened to the stone and why the once flat facets were rounded. Would never recommended!

Recently had my emerald refaceted with Birmingham Stone Cutting Store after I accidentally dropped it. I sent it to them and they recut and even improved the gemstone, looks beautiful. Great job!!
