Great experience at Birmingham Reclaimed today getting some wood for shelves. The friendly team cut the wood at no extra cost for us as well! Highly recommend this place

I never write reviews but felt this needed to be said. Went to try and get some thick wood for a shelf after being quoted ridiculous elsewhere. Did not disappoint. Staff were so helpful, even cut my piece of wood at no extra cost. Beyond reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back and even recommended to several friends and family.

Just brought a front door from this place. Everyone was so helpful even though i gave wrong measurements. This place is like a treasure trove. Absolute amazing find. Highly recommended xx

Received the timber today and its Poor inconsistent quality, some timbers were split, extremely twisted, warped and unusable. Not to mention different thicknesses than ordered.They also got my order wrong the driver went all the way from Newcastle to pick these up and when he got there they said they got the lengths wrong because the lengths were underneath each other, I stated I defiantly needed a absolutely minimum of 4.8m as a full run, they couldnt provide for 40% of the original stated order, so gave us shorter lengths.Not only do we now have to spend time joining 9by2 timbers making more work for us but some the timbers are different dimensions making lots of these timbers unusable for my project.There was no apology for the mistake or any offer to compensate for the mistake instead they actually tried to charge us £10 more saying the cuts provided was more timber than originally offered.Better to buy new I say, at least you know what your getting it will only end up costing you more in the long run.
