  I found this health shop today and was amazed at the extensive choice and variety of products on sale considering it's probably one of the smallest units in the Bullring Indoor market. The owner is super helpful and clearly really knows and cares about the products she sells. There were some items that I haven't found in any other of the larger shops which makes for a refreshing change. Whilst you obviously won't find certain items that the bigger health shops might sell, there's certainly still plenty of choice at a reasonable price to make it a worthwhile venture to find this little gem of a shop.

  Great little shop, packed with loads of health related goodies that you can?t find anywhere else in Birmingham. Lovely owner, always friendly and remembers all her customers :)
  She always offered to order in whatever you looking for as well if it?s not already in stock.

  Anyone looking for a better alternative to a Holland and Barretts to get healthy food and products from then this is the place. The owner Kathy is lovely, really knows her stuff and passionate about her customers health and wellbeing. If you are looking for products that are natural, healthy, ethical, vegan, hypoallergenic, or you have dietary restrictions then she may have something for you. Definitely recommend a visit.
