It had a lovely atmosphere, with nice background music, the service was great, didn?t have to wait 5 minutes after being seated. Ordered the buttermilk chicken burger, Twas great, though wouldn?t recommend if you can?t handle a little kick. Overall amazing Lunch, though they lose a star as the menu price doesn?t include vat, so I had to pay more than I thought I would.

Bills is a great little place in Birmingham with great food and a very beautiful atmosphere it?s very central though so I would recommend calling to make sure there?s space if you?re going on a weekend it can get very busy but either way it?s gorgeous and has amazing food x

Although the food looked good inside , the staff need to use their initiative when it comes to customer service. We popped in here last Saturday, walked in , went straight to an outside table as,we were really hot , plus my mum is in her 70's and her knee was hurting. She just wanted to sit down, & purchase a drink . 2 staff member 's came up to us and asked us if we had been seated outside, to which we replied no? . There were plenty of empty tables outside. There was no queue for people waiting to be seated either . We were told we had to go back to front of restaurant and wait to be seated .even 2 ladies opposite us shook their head in disbelief and said how ridiculous! I reported it to front desk member of staff ( who we didn't even see when we entered who just seemed very busy . she did apologise, but by that time my mum had walked off and gone next door to the pop up Olympics event bar. plenty of seating there where we could choose a table to sit at! bad customer service. They shoild have just taken our order. I would understand I'd we had accidently jumped the queue, but no one in front of us and loads empty tables outside

We were greeted into the restaurant with a warm welcome. All the waiters and waitresses that looked after us were very kind and friendly. Food was delicious ,fresh and quick to come. Loved the atmosphere would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a spot to have brunch or lunch.
