“Came in because my pushchair was broken & jolting forwards wirh mh little girl in which was becoming really scary. Danni was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly & kind & she had all the time for us. She was happy to talk to us about the type of pushchairs I liked and worked with our budget too. She went up to the warehouse and then came back wirh 2 options and had found us a cheaper one which was exactly the same and asked if I'd like that one and then set it up for us so I could put my baby straight in it and use it right away. She really was wonderful. Her colleague Serena was really nice too and also helped make sure baby girl was comfortable in the pushchair too. Made an anxious mums time so much easier and will always be grateful!”
