The older employees (all those clearly over 50) in this betting shop are clearly not fit to maintain and run the store as they constantly fail to address problems and instead voice their frustration out on people in the store. This needs to change and they need to retire seeing as they can?t handle customer service.

Management need to fire them 3 black employe who work here they are very rude unprofessional not helpful with customer even they dont talk to customers very nice management need to hire new professionals employe a Romanian guy who was working here was very helpful and friendly but these 3 black employe are very rude and they threat customers very badly becuse of these 3 of them i will never visit this shope anymore

Vist this shope last week customer service is very rude the staff who work there are not helpful them 3 black employe are not fit for this position management need to get ride of them soon is possible hire new professional employe

Hi sorry to say i have had very bad experience in warwick road betfred one of the guy called Andy name he don't even know how to do his customers service job as a professional he don't know even know how to smile he don't bother customer wants to talk he just always stay on ohone n ready for rudeness his shirtst is ripped off from his arm he don't bother there is very rude customer service there just bcz of one guy we always have to wait for them when they finish then our turn hopefully someone will see our comments on do work there much of obliged for understand ð???
