The food was hot and delicious. Charlotte was our server and she was wonderful. She was friendly and efficient and so welcoming. Our experience was excellent because of her. The atmosphere was good, there was a nice buzz about the place but it wasn't overcrowded or felt too busy.

Arrived at the harvest Beacon on Tuesday, the 1st of October and was greeted by the restaurant manager who made us aware that Sarah would be our server today. Sarah greeted us we were warm and friendly smile, made us aware she was new however, did not show any signs of being new and gave us a brilliant service.

Rude staff member unprofessional with poor attitude and very poor service ignored and when asked i was refused to clear the table and staff member did not fully know the order on the food or the menu items that was advised and did not inform us of food items unavailable very poor experience food quality not any where close to what it should be and needless to say ruined the night. This is all down to the staff im afraid which reflects on the service
Parking: Parking access available and managed to park no issue

Free salad instant drinks friendly staff and prompt service.
So ma y choices all cooked basically right in front of you.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking is an issue. But there are additional spaces at the rear on Holiday inn.
