I went into the branch with a lot of anxiety about my online banking app and needing a new card, but Dean made it feel effortless. He had everything sorted so quickly and efficiently that I was genuinely shocked ? and he still managed to be warm, polite, and friendly the whole time.
The only downside is that he did everything so well I probably won?t need to come into the branch again! He?s saved me so much time and inconvenience, which in turn saves me money. That kind of service makes me far more likely to stick with Barclays and recommend them to my family and friends. Dean is an asset and absolutely deserves to be recognised and rewarded.

I?ve visited the Barclays branch in Small Heath before and usually found the atmosphere quite solemn, but Dean completely changed that! He was like a ray of sunshine on a Monday morning ? welcoming, polite, smiling, and genuinely uplifting.
I watched him patiently help a non-English speaking customer before me, explaining everything clearly and kindly. When it was my turn, he greeted me warmly, stayed focused, signposted as he worked, and had my issue sorted within 5 minutes. Every customer left his desk with a smile, including me.
What really stood out was how he took ownership of my issue straight away ? something I haven?t often experienced here. People like Dean bring real value to the brand, because qualities like his aren?t teachable. Barclays are lucky to have him!

Spoke over the phone with Dean G, was really helpful with my complaint and helped resolve it. Very pleasant to speak to, gave advice on concerns I brought up about general banking and handled the situation in a respectful way while ensuring i was happy/content with the process. Thanks :)
