I've been going to Anthony for about 12 years. He has dealt with various issues on a series of Macs. He's quick, he's efficient, he tells it like it is, and his prices are great. He has kept some very old Macs running for me for a long time! I'm just about to go to him again with the latest issue.

My daughter dropped her apple laptop of her bed and broke the screen. I was quoted by the end of the day ( much cheaper than the apple shop ). Fixed the next day. Very happy with the service and price. 10/10

My laptop was crashing repeatedly, so I took it to Bad Apples, who diagnosed a serious fault and carried out an expensive repair. This didn?t completely fix the problem. I sent Anthony the crash reports, and he advised me to take it back to him, which I did. It then took nearly six weeks before it was thoroughly tested and ready for me to collect. At one point, my iCloud account showed that the laptop was in Devon. Several days later Anthony told me he had sent it there, to another trusted repairers for diagnosis. This would have been okay, except I hadn?t been asked for permission, and he hadn?t told me it was in Devon when he asked for my password. Anthony repeatedly told me this process was costing him money and also said that it was ?frustrating? and ?very annoying? for him. Eventually no fault was found. By this time I just wanted my laptop back, since I found Anthony to be often patronising and sometimes rude, and also too busy - arrangements that were made could change last minute because of his other priorities. When I finally came to collect the laptop, Anthony asked me to bring my cable and adapter. When I showed it to him, he said it was the cause of the problem. This really begs the question as to why he hadn?t inspected the cable and adapter in the first place, several months before, and why I had been advised to spend hundreds of pounds on the initial repair. But by then, I just wanted to take my laptop and never go back.

Anthony provided an exceptional service, I hadn't had my mac book pro long and unfortunately managed to smash the screen which wasn't covered under warranty. He gave the best advice and found me a used one in the end due to the expense of the screen I needed, it looks brand new. Anthony went out of his way to make it easier for me to get my laptop to him and collect as his office is quite far away. Exceptional advice, and service, thank you

So glad i went to Anthony for a second opinion on my faulty mac. I initially went to a different company in the Jewellery Quarter and they misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged me. After investigating the issue Anthony found the problem was a damaged screen and not the M1 board which is what the other company claimed. Definitely recommend this service is you want someone who is honest and cares about his customers.

Excellent, super efficient service. Our iMac needed a new hard drive but due to its age, the Apple Store in Solihull declined making the repair. Thankfully, Anthony at Badapples knew exactly what to do and had it repaired in 36 hours. Would highly recommend to Apple users.

I left my 2010 iMac in Anthony?s very capable hands having used his services before, along with other family members. The machine was super slow and needed a new hard drive. Anthony replaced the hard drive and managed the data migration with great patience. I?d recommend his skills any day. Anthony prices are extremely reasonable and he?s a lovely approachable genuine guy that has great determination and works very quickly. Highly recommended Apple Technician
