Just moved into our new home and we needed some wall fittings and a bath panel. Staff was very rude and we was eventually sent to plumbase over half an hour away even though this company sell what we needed via the website. Shambles

Click and collect is useless! Item showing as 3 in stock and can be collected after 15 minutes of ordering. Placed my order and travelled to the store, as I walked through the door I received a text saying the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled.
I suspect somebody couldn?t be bothered to look for the item properly.
I?ll stick to other online retailers in future to avoid wasting my time.

I'm giving 1 star and that's for the staff on the floor very helpful, on the tills zero stars very very rude and customer service who answered the phone very very unprofessional .

Brought a bathroom suite from B&Q website from a third party seller nothing to do with store riddle with issues missing parts incorrect advice given BUT IN B&Q BIG SHOUT OUT TO YOUNG LAD ON TILL POLITE AND HELPFUL NAME NOT KNOWN AND A MASSIVE THANKS TO JO and Elliott did every thing they could to help me elliot took time out to show me B&Q bath suites and price fantastic customer service brilliant wish now i brought from instore

Travelled all the way here from central Birmingham to use the key cutting facilities which were out of order. Advised by staff member it had been out of service for a while. This could have been updated on the website and it would have saved me a trip!

Great customer service in the garden centre and inside at the tills , when they saw a queue forming a new till was opened immediately. Lots of 50% off plants also.

Worse customer service experienced in this store. Nobody communicates you nicely and they do not help you to find any item and checkout ladies are very horrible.
