Impossible to get an appointment!! I rang all day Sunday and there was no answer, the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I tried again Monday and the phone line was engaged all day!!

The staff were very friendly and polite, the service I got from the spa was incredible especially Salma she was very kind and friendly. I would recommend and give 5 star and would love to come back.

Ladies only moroccan style hammam.It was my first time here, and my last.The place itself is highly unprofessional, but i respect the concept.Unprofessional meaning 2 of the women had their children with them at work. One of the children was a newborn in a pram.Outside of the treatment room, there was 3 women laughing and talking loudly- nonstop!Women were video calling, as a hijabi being in a towel, it was very scary.My ?relaxing? experience resulted in concerns for the welfare of these children.The place itself was dirty, very warn out and cold.Imagine having a shower and sauna in a freezing cold place. I waited an hour between the sauna and massage, in a dirty warn out bathrobe- in a cold room. I wasn?t offered tea or a drink.The ladies performing the treatments were unprofessional, all except the lady massaging me. I forgot her name, but she was a lovely habeshia lady. She offered me tea and biscuits.I was frozen during my massage and the lady tried her best to keep me warm. She got a oil heater and placed it near to me. It wasn?t her fault that the place was so cold.A 2hour experience resulted in me being in the spa for 5hours! This was due to time waiting between treatments. Under staffed for the amount of clients they take on per day! Again, unprofessional.The price i paid didn?t justify the service i received , the quality of the treatments or the state of the salon. Maybe if i didn?t have extensive hammam/spa experience within the UK and abroad, I could have enjoyed the experience more.Honestly speaking i was worried i wouldcatch something from the sauna, shower or floor.

Lovely experience at this salon, I wanted to go from light hair to dark and the ladies took great care and tested the hair dyes for me to get the perfect colour. I love my new hair. Customer service was amazing.
