This supermarket is an absolute disaster. The shelves are perpetually empty, resembling some apocalyptic scene?completely unacceptable for customers trying to shop for basics. To make matters worse, I encountered a rude, racist older customer service woman with a short back-and-sides haircut and crusty yellow teeth who added unnecessary hostility to the experience. The lack of stock and the vile atmosphere make this place unbearable. Management needs to step up and address both their inventory issues and the toxic environment. I won?t be coming back.

Its the worst Asda i have ever been too.
Rude staff no tills other than self checkout open. Even though it was new years eve. I asked for a till to open as i had a trolley and one staff member said i cant help go ask the help desk that had a huge queue. Then my champagne was in a anti-theft net the self checkout staff member said and i quoute ?i couldnt figure out how to open it so i just left it? so i then had to wait for another member of staff to open it who had a huge queue at the helpdesk.

Dreadfull !! got attacked by an irrate woman who interrupted my transaction with the cashier who didn?t know how to deal with it , when I deffered & went outside she came out and grabbed me by the throat . I would shop there 3 times a week as I?m a local pensioner , now I will never go near the place again

Worst customer service provided ever. The staff is just chatting to each other, barely acknowledging customers and even after having issues and asking to speak to their manager Neil, I was met by the most unqualified person ever who kept saying the same thing over and over..

Good size store, good selection of goods, grocery produce , although the clothing area is limited, located on ground floor, easy access for all.

They didn?t have any bags today as they said delivery is late but a lovely woman who works there in the customer self checkout got me her own bags from her car, I didn?t get her name she had greyish hair with glasses she?s really made my day
