With the cost of living continuing to rise ? as we?re all seeing in the news ? it?s disappointing to see this particular branch prioritising more expensive branded products over Asda?s own or other budget-friendly options. It?s becoming increasingly rare to find Smart Price items on the shelves, which is especially unfortunate given how much the local community could benefit from them in the current climate.
As a result, I often find myself driving to Tesco or Morrisons in search of more affordable alternatives.

Staff are friendly and helpful but I'm put off shopping here because in the evenings after work when I do my shopping, they only ever have self service tills. I hate them, they keep crashing and you have to wait for a member of staff to be available to help. It crashed seven times on me today. I'd much rather queue at the checkout. I'll he going to Waitrose, Lidl and Sainsbury's from now on.

I needed some empty boxes for my move, and the night manager, Mr. O, went above and beyond to help me out. He kindly provided the boxes I needed, and I?m truly thrilled with his kindness and helpfulness. Excellent service thank you so much, Mr. O!

I have always found staff at King's Heath Asda very pleasant and helpful. This morning, a fellow shopper took the last Peppered Smoked Mackerel just as I was about to pick it up. Paul was close by and he went in search of new supplies. He came back with plenty more and I was very grateful for the trouble he went to. Thank you Paul at Asda.

I Usally do my weekly shop on a Monday on uber eats and for some reason the online shoppers always seem to take forever to complete my order! For example if I order at 9am in the morning you won't receive your delivery by at least 11am. The online shoppers are very Very slow.

Awful supermarket. Worst Asda I have been to. The shelves are always empty, fruit looks way past sell by date. All this and 3 staff members outside front entrance smoking. Staff are rude too when you ask them to check for something you require. Won't shop there again.

There is this skinny bald black man. He wears a black Asda uniform and has a small very round head. He is always stacking shelves. He makes me feel uncomfortable. Why does he always stare at me secretly. Like please do your job. He has actually put me off going here and I?ve been shopping here for years.
