Lovely gentlemen named Owen showed me where the jam was and suggested the best product for value. Was so polite and had exceptional customer service. Made my shopping experience a lot easier on a bad day. Thank you!

My order came and it was incorrect. I telephoned asda Barnes Hill and spoke to Kerry. We had a bit of a debate over what happened but Kerry was actually a lovely woman. Kerry went above and beyond to rectify the mistake and I really appreciate that.

Shameful really. I like this shop however this month I've spent about £300 all in and they gave me back 60p on the Asda rewards app. Crazy right. I contacted their customer services and they wouldn't help either. Asda rewards app was only good when it first started. Now they are increasing in price and decreasing massively in rewards.

I need to understand one thing only why on earth doesn?t Asda have any halal meat or halal deli meats like I?m actually so confused every other Asda has it but for some reason Barnes hill Asda doesn?t ? What is going on? Somebody explain I don?t even want any excuses or lies this is pathetic not everybody eats British meat

I could give zero for ASDA barnes hill store Birmingham.
The staff are extremely rude and the manger is hopeless.
I bought onions recently which was almost spoilt on day and day 2,3 they were rotten although teh expiry date was still intact. When I went ro ask for refund the customer lady (white) refused as i don't have the bill.i tried to show her teh rewards app which has some details but she declined..
Asda this store is selling rotten vegetables and fruits and what not..
Be careful and avoid this shop.go to Sainsbury?s or other supermarket and aldo asda staff are horrible especially lady members..
Not sure how still continue to work despite such bad reviews..

Good mid size supermarket with plenty of car park. I have struggled to find some items sometimes and had to go to Selly oak Sainsbury.

Staff need training and more understanding in regards to service/disability dogs as even though I am not deaf or blind not all disabilities are visible majority of staff including security are aware of my condition but some members still need to be made aware as it's a bit upsetting having to keep repeating myself of my current condition

Left my trolley full of things because I didn't fancy standing in a queue behind 8+ people queuing at the 4 manned tills or the 15-20 people at the self service tills. Told to shop elsewhere when speaking to customer services and I will do cheers ?
