I visited Asda recently and had a generally positive shopping experience. The store was well-stocked with a wide range of groceries, household items, and clothing. Prices were competitive, and I found some good deals and discounts. The layout made it easy to find what I needed, though some aisles were a bit crowded. Staff were helpful when approached, and the self-checkout area was convenient. Overall, a solid option for one-stop shopping with good value for money.

Everytime I come in here its a shambles.
Pointless shop needs closing.
The shop is like something out of tomorrows world more self checkouts then staff operated tills, you are punished if you want to pay with cash as out of the 8 self checkouts only 2 accept cash. The other staff operated tills are rarely open.
Went in there yesterday and there was no eggs, how can you operate a shop with no eggs??
Multiple times gone and there's no bread.
They on multiple times let Corporate companies such as Scottish Power and other companies use the foyer to pester people about signing up with them. As the foyer is very small there is no way escaping them. This is wrong at all costs as a lot of elderly and vulnerable people use the store and they could sign up to something they don't need.
Asda Management - PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER!! and sort this out absolutely a disgrace.

DO NOT UBER EATS FROM HERE
I?d give them 0 if I could, this is my second time ordering from them via uber eats.
They take over 2 hours each time to pack your groceries. When on uber they advise it will take 20-30 minutes.
You can?t even cancel it via uber eats app and when calling them they never answer the phone!
This is extremely frustrating, won?t be ordering again from here.

Service and staff is horrible specially delivery section you have to wait they won?t tell you how long will be to get ready I was looking for manager they said no manager today
Asda should sacked all the staff get new staff because they not giving good service to the customer they all useless they don?t know how to talk with customer
I think they trained for the rude behaviour
So disgusting staff I can?t explain

Do Not order items from Just Eat to be delivered from the store! I ordered over £40 worth of shopping, and 5 items were missing on delivery, adding up to nearly £10! This is absolutely appalling and not what people need or deserve, especially when everything is so expensive these days! Do better, Asda!
