Good Asda and opening hours are very useful but it is by far the worst bakery of any supermarket I?ve ever been to. Every time I go there the croissants and other pastries are burnt or they taste stale. The Asda in Perry Barr is much better for the bakery.

Visited petrol station this morning with less than £100 in my account. The pump I used put a block on all of my money and then delivered one drip a second. After 53p of fuel I gave up but was unable to use another pump because my account was empty. And there are no staff to help. No idea when my money will be released. Terrible service.

I shop here often and have had a variety of good and poor experiences. Good ones include nice check out staff and good club card points and disabled parking. Bad point taxis! People using the disabled spots who shouldn't and F1 Shoppers. I have found that the fresh food doesn't last long and you need to check and recheck fresh veg and fruit you pick up for mould and rot as the sell by dates are sometimes almost up. Staff seem stressed most times and under pressure, I think things have changed for them quite a lot and you can see this in the service you receive sometimes but that said most serve you as best as they can. Also please sort out the dog food trays out, you have open boxed trays mixed with single sale items when they cannot be sold this way.

Just been to Asda queslet to do last Christmas food shopping, if your thinking of doing the same don't bother absolutely disgraceful place empty boxes everywhere, fresh food section empty, id go to Tesco much better place, Asda queslet should have been closed down years ago

Asda need to put a camera above the pedestrian crossing at the top of the car park nobody ever stops and just drive through regardless if people are stood their or not im going to start getting my phone out and recording people driving through and send to operation SNAP its the only way to teach these people a lesson its not good hitting somebody and saying sorry after.

Shopping there is fine staff is friendly but the cafe food was very bland the coffee as well I won?t be using their cafe again

I had a meal in their cafe before a long journey and the 2 members of staff were so friendly, kind and a rea? lift to my day. If I was local I would come here every week to have my lunch here. Thes 2 are a real asset to the store.
I was going to post a photo of them, but instead it's Tuesday 10th December at 2pm. I hope you find out who they are and Praise them.

Since when do we get fined for parking at Asda for more than 30mins to do family shopping? This is quite atrocious to get fined in the post like this when I have been coming here for years.Is that another way of trying to squeeze out money from vulnerable shoppers???
