Ok, this is what you would expect from a supermarket. The petrol station on site is normally one of the cheapest around. Good car park too.

***Worst Cafe I have ever visited!**Visit 1: No staff around and was told it was closed despite being advertised openVisit 2: Asked for all day brunch, despite being on the menu. Was told there no bacon and 'Egg machine' not working.Lots of food not available as advertised on the menu. The staff were very unfriendly and had no interest in serving customers. There was a young lad he did not have a clue what he was doing. We walked away and decided not to eat. Appalling experience! Avoid at all costs.

I went to Asda yesterday and asked for a scanner and got told too busy, I watched the lady she spent 15 mins talking then went into self paying area and started dealing with another customer / disgusting behaviour and customer support. On her back it said ?happy to help? I don?t think so!!! Use to be a good store but massively gone down hill!!!

Asda Queslett Superstore is a large retail store located in Great Barr, Birmingham, UK. It offers a wide range of products, including groceries, electronics, clothing, and household items. With competitive prices and frequent discounts, it's a popular destination for budget-conscious shoppers. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. However, it can be busy and crowded during peak shopping hours, so it's best to plan your visit accordingly.

Disgraceful at filling station . Wife used card and then pumps did not release fuel. Now have to go through stress to find out if bank has charged her. Assistant said they lose connection to Internet for card payments sometime. Total joke. Get it sorted !

Feels like I'm dealing with a rogue trader not a large corporation like Asda. Delivery driver didn't deliver order yet marked as delivered leaving me chasing for a refund with the customer service team who keep telling me I should receive an email within 24-48 hours once its been looked into. Its been 6 days and 4 calls chasing this. How this is legal to charge a customer without the goods/service being delivered is beyond me. This isn't the first time this has happened where I'm chasing a large sum of money because the driver marked order as delivered when they haven't.**Order Number 5422231000109

We have been loyal customers of Asda, recently switched to a new job and left work at 10pm. On the way home, we would go to this asda in Queslett to shop and fill up gas. Just today we received a £70 ticket and they wanted it Penalize customers who shop in their store because we parked there after 10 to shop. This is so unreasonable! We have tried to call but were unsuccessful, this is so sad for us!

Recently shopped here and spent an hour in store, a week later receive a parking fine for £70! Apparently you can't use their car park after 10pm on a Friday yet the store is open 24 hours. I have been shopping here for so long and am genuinely so disgusted by this, contacted the asda customer service team to be told its not their problem and apparently it's not their car park. I am never shopping here ever again after this, such a shame.

One word. Parking.Disabled, elderly, those with other medical conditions or people who work shifts like NHS staff, doctors, nurses, police, firefighters etc all shop at night when it's quieter and they can calmly do their shopping without the daytime rush or that's the only time they can do their shopping. So which clown thought it was a good idea to authorise these parking restrictions for a massive 2 story Asda superstore? Just to get around doing a quick shop takes more than 30 mins given the size of the store. Whoever gave the go ahead needs sacking and their ties to Parking Eye need to be looked at. 10pm to 6am 30minute parking restriction only makes sense if your intent is to fine as many Asda customers as possible. If you have gone over 30mins go see customer services and ask them to enter your details into their parking computer. It gets worse as there are conflicting signs around the car park showing different parking restrictions. If you have a fine then go in store to get it cancelled. If you've paid it ask Asda to refund it.I would suggest if you can avoid shopping here to do so. They'll only listen when they feel a drop in weekly takings.

Me and my wife use asda queslett all the time. Spent thousands of pounds in this store over the years my wife finishes work at 10 and does a big shop there on her way back home we have just been given a 70 pounds fine by asda for her parking there after 10. This is disgusting. We are valued customers and times are hard for them to issue a parking fine for using there store and spending 100s of pound is a kick in the customers pocket. We will never shop here again. As wife has tried phoning and no one seems to want to answer. You have lost a loyal customer. And now we will take our custom else where. Disgusting.

I work unsociable hours and sometimes do a big shop when i finish work. I have just found out that you are only allowed 30 mins in the carpark if you go after 12pm. So BEWARE or face a £70 fine. Will go elsewhere now. Now been told when you get the fine in the post, take it instore with your receipt and it will be overturned. But how many people will pay the fine without knowing this. Money grabbers.

Staff are generally helpful if you can find them to help you. Shelves not well stocked, some items are more expensive than the shelf price, have known many people this has happened to, check your receipt before you leave otherwise you will need to go back to claim your money back. It used to be a great store, not no any more.
