Turned up at 12.30 to find it closed. Says opening times are 9am till 9pm so why is it closed? Absolutely ridiculous, especially when essential medication is needed

Worse pharmacy ever!!
Loads of staff but have to close for an hour a day for lunches surely they can stagger them , huge queues but they close up and turn everyone away.
Get orders wrong , rude staff and they wonder why people get annoyed.
Don?t understand urgency
Waited half an hour while all staff on lunch to be told I?d have to wait another half an hour as they are too busy

This is a great litte pharmacy with excellent staff. The cue was long, but it only took 5 mins to get served. The pharmacist, Sushil, was especially knowledgeable and very helpful. 5 star all the way!

Always found the staff at this pharmacy very helpful with great customer service hence why I've given 4 stars.
Only gripe I have is that the queuing often to get served is often long and very timely. I think they could do with much more room around the back for the amount of prescriptions they hold after dispensing and more staff on the front to help customers.

Doctor gave me prescription as I needed to start to use ASAP. Went to Chelmsley Wood Pharmacy 8.15pm was told item in stock and I asked if I could wait, was told I would have to collect it the following day. Explained why I needed it and Pharmacist still wouldn't do it for me. This has never happen at any other Pharmacy. Took prescription back and went to my own Chemist following morning who put it up straight away and was surprised the Asda Pharmacist wouldn't do it for me.

Received an empty box of my prescription!!!! 29 of 30 tablets were taken by someone before I even opened the box!!!! ?
I am 7 month pregnant, and GP said I have not enough vitamin D so I have had my repeat prescription to collect at this Asda pharmacy since I was three months pregnant. I collected my prescription as usual but I opened at the home next day, there is just one tablet of vitamin D left in the box. It was supposed to have 30 vitamin D to me enough for a month. Now I can't order my repeat subscription and have vitamin D after three weeks. It is total spam from this Asda pharmacy.
Now I will have to purchase my own vitamin D. I was supposed to have this for free as the maternity exemption while I need every single penny for my newborn baby. But definitely I won't purchase the vitamin D in Asda. It is why I said this Asda pharmacy is SPAM... Took your supplements so you have to purchase it in its store!
I advise everyone to check your medicine or supplements at the counter in front of the staff at ths Asda pharmacy before you leave.

rubbish they lose prescription never have them ready even if you leave it 3+ days and never answer if you try to call them it's an absolute joke!

What a absolute joke this place is waiting half hour in the queue to then b told that they do not Ave my antibiotics and wood have to come back I asked if I could get them delivered as I was not well enough to come back out was told no because I am over 18 I hate using this chemist

this has got to be the worst pharmacy in the whole of the west midlands it's never got your stuff you need and they are very rude and it's not just once in a while it's everytime the disrespect they have for customers is unreal disgraceful.

Can?t fault the day team. However, a small blonde lady that I presume works evenings is so rude and unhelpful! Came at 9:05pm after spending the evening with my baby at a doctors. ?We?re shut? was all she said very bluntly. I tried to ask where else would be open but she was not interested in helping at all. My fault for being FIVE minutes late resulting in me having to travel across Birmingham to find an open pharmacy to get my baby the antibiotics she needed but while 3 staff members stood around talking (behind the pharmacy counter) surely one of them could of helped me?Another family member has also mentioned this lady being very rude to her also in the evening. So I was late yes but show a bit of compassion for a mother who?s desperate for antibiotics for a baby. I wouldn?t go there so late for the sake of it!!

Save yourself the journey and go somewhere else as the pharmacist there just doesn't want to help at all. Absolutely useless. Not to mention the know it all attitude. Shocking
