I really enjoy shopping at this store when I visit Birmingham. It is extremely clean, and the shop layout is easy to navigate. The staff are lovely and really chill, and super helpful.The actual clothes are extremely well made, I still regularly wear a dress I bought 3 years ago and it's in perfect condition after 100s of washes.Also the café is a lovely touch, it makes the whole experience so welcoming. Lovely store and highlight of the Bullring.

I think mostly it's an uncomfortable experience to shop here. Its starts with a security man pacing in front of the door. It then continues when you look at the clothes and realise that, if you have been blessed with a short body, they have nothing that will fit. And they don't really care either. The people in the cafe were definitely in a 'Friday afternoon disinterested' mood. Tea was OK - nothing special. Honestly, like so many stores these days, this one takes itself way too seriously. There was almost no one else in the store - I wonder how it stays in business.

Arrived at 4.30 told at cafe I could only have a paper cup for my green tea as they wanted to be cleaned up at 5 . I asked for my tea to be in a tea pot and a cup. She then said I would have to drink it quickly. I don?t think this is good service and was very disappointed.

The clothes are expensive rubbish that shrinks and warps from the original fit. Everything I have purchased has dramatically changed shape.

Very good store. Plenty of choice. Homeware a bit lacking. Cafe excellent. All home made cakes. Store definitely worth a visit.

includes a coffee bar serving union roasted coffee. ben the barista was helpful and friendly, he made me a perfect oat flat white (i am hard to please when it comes to coffee) 5*

This store started well but in common with most stores post covid suffers from terminal dullness. Clothing has become increasingly expensive but I haven't seen anything in the store for some time that would exactly 'set the world alight'.
