McGregor cordless hedge trimmer. FABULOUS!!! Brilliant piece of kit for trimming tops of conifers, shrubs. My neighbour, a professional gardener, had a go with it and was Really impressed, especially for the price. If you need one, buy McGregor!!!

Don't buy headphones from here! Try them on in a proper shop before buying instead. Or buy from Amazon as they have better returns policies. If your headphones don't fit properly Argos won't refund them and will completely ignore the "Fit for Purpose" Consumer Right. Spent £169 on Samsung Buds 3 Pro and now I'm forced to sell them myself for a significant loss.

Tried to return some curtains but the packaging wasn?t up to standard to resell. The problem is, the packaging is of poor quality in the first place and it is very difficult to return in a good state of repair due to the poor quality of the wrapper. Tanya, the manageress, was rude and even ripped the packaging even more, so it was even more difficult to repair when I got home. We eventually managed to repair the poor quality packaging and take it back to another Argos and got a full refund. Went to Dunelm in the end. We would?ve spent the Dunelm money in Argos (on better quality curtains for £200), but Tanya messed that up for them. Tanya has just lost another customer to Dunelm and Amazon. Well done Tanya. Congratulations. ??

Today I wanted to buy the sony WH-1000XM4 headphones, when I put the code to do the order appear another type of Sony headphones that were totally different, I went to the counter to try to find some help, but the manager was really unhelpful. Attached you will find the picture of said advertisement which I found to be false in the end.

Delivered a Washing Machine with out recycling or installation the app was rubbish confusing to use had bad arthritis in the knee cap so could move it myself. Lennial who sold it to me had a snake tattoo on his arm. Should have known. 2 appointments for nothing. That was 16 months ago. Such a bad experience couldn't face the worry of buying a new washing machine. Dreadful app. It doesn't work any way you have to go to the shop. Hell of a lot of stress should get a free washing machine for it! Not even worth 1 star. Nothing.

Came into the store today to order wardrobes but unfortunately forgot my glasses, so I went to the counter for help and Melissa came to my rescue. She went above and beyond to help me with my order, she was so polite and patient.

Visited here the day before Christmas eve and a present I was after was out of stock but the lady offered to reserve one from the delivery they was getting xmas eve and told me the best time to come to collect the next day to beat the queues in and out the car park
The only reason for the 4 stars is the following day the staff members were very miserable and lacked the customer service I'd recieved previously

Avoid this store. Awful customer service. I tried to return a faulty electrical item that was under 12 months old, and I was told I had to contact the manufacturer. When I asked why, I was told it was 'Company Policy'. After stating my consumer rights for the next 10 minutes, the member of staff went round the back to speak to the 'manager', who apparently agreed with the member of staff. I just took it to another Argos store where the staff know how to treat customers, and who understand retail law.

35 year old who clearly looks his age asked for ID and refused aplaystation game!Really annoyed with the experience here and the staff working at this site. I am originally from Cardiff and wanted to pick up a game for a gift for my nephew. However all stores were out of stock, so I was visiting bham on the weekend and thought it was perfect and could pick up the game while im there.Asked for ID (I clearly understand the rules and totally support this, but when I clearly look my age and if not older, its abit of a joke e.g. have a receding hair line, hair loss and a thick full beard with a wrinkle on my forehead??)The manager came out and supported this and said she would have asked the same?? - Clearly just supporting their staff but they really need to be realistic, this rule is here for a reason and not to be played with)I funded this via gift card so then had to wait for a refund onto this before I can purchase elsewhere - In the end had to buy from somewhere else using a different payment method and not able to use the gift card as it was intended for.Absolutely joke by the two girls working there on Sunday 17th December.
