Argos Northfield has shown a complete lack of professionalism. The girl on the left in the video, named Sara, flatly refused to exchange my item or provide a refund, claiming it had dust on it. I requested to speak with the manager, but Jayne was equally unhelpful. She dismissed my concerns and sided with her junior, inexperienced colleague instead of addressing the issue. This is unacceptable customer service.

Would have rated 0 if possible!! I had an issue with a PlayStation 5 and they refused to help me or show any policy saying they couldn't help me. The manager was rude and hostile and told me she didn't need too help. Avoid!! The lovely staff at longbridge resolved the issue for me and replaced the item so if you need any help I'd recommend travelling further and going to longbridge where the staff are friendly and helpful.

Purchased a pair of Silentnight Duck Feather Medium/ Soft Pillow - 2 Pack
Purchased them from Argos and when I tried to fluff them I noticed they were quite 'flat'. This shouldn't happen. Woke up about 2 hours into sleep with severe neck pain. It was the most awful experience. Tried fluffing again and also tired numerous sleeping positions but hot worse.
Unfortunately Argos staff said there is nothing that can be done and I am out of the money spent.
I have been using duck feather pillows for years and was replacing my two year old ones which for now I have to go back to.
The pillows have absolutely no 'bounce' or support more than sleeping on a pile of folded clothes. Four days later I still have neck pain.
Went back to the store and was informed there was nothing that could be done. My issue is I believe the pillows are defective because I have been using duck feather pillows for several years and I am very familiar with them.
Sadly I am now out of pocket and suffering from neck pain

The staff are lovely. But they need to open more checkouts when the service is slow or the queue gets long. More often than not, there is only one checkout open.

Don't buy the hoseasons vouchers!!! The third party company charge way more then going direct. Try getting a refund through argos was dismissed instantly CON!! £100 wasted

Don?t really understand the poor rating for this Argos concession ? It seems much more efficient than Selly Oak where you wait a lot longer usually. The guys and staff in here are always really helpful/friendly and I?ve never had a bad experience. Manager is very accommodating/understanding. Refunds are honoured for obviously defective goods. Never usually have to wait long to be served.

The worst Argos I?ve ever been to. I purchased a Henry hoover in May and the hose broke after 3 months of use. The item came with two year warrantee however the manager refused to accept the item for repair or exchange. He send one of the till workers to tell me that ?vacuum hoses don?t just break like that and I must?ve done something to it?. Poor customer service. I will not be using this branch again.
