Waiting for my turn to get served queuing in line next to the till. Once it was my turn the women worker serving with the rude attitude told me some other people from another queue from the other side of the store was next. She was staring very harshly with a very bad attitude. Go to perry barr argos 5 star service with friendly staff

Served here by Karen who was absolutely brilliant. Prompt and friendly service and was really knowledgeable about products. Definitely an asset to her team and store.

Ordered something which said can collect 10:30 the next day then it changed to 4pm then it changed to the following day which was too late so I cancelled order. 7 days later I still have no refund

I'm not one to leave crap reviews for no reason. This Argos is pretty good, in terms of ordering. And then collecting. But this is where they lose marks.
We ordered a tumble dryer. It wasn't in stock, so we had to collect next day. No gripes there. They can't stock everything. Our dryer came next day, as advised, and I got my confirmation text.
On collection, however, our dryer was dragged into the collection area. And that was it. Off you go. You're on your own, mate. No trolley. No back door collection point. That's it. We were expected to hand ball a 32kg tumble dryer all through the shop to the front door, with weekend shoppers all in the way and not giving a flying fat arse about me and my poor wife dragging this fatting dryer out to the car.
There isn't even a loading bay for the car next to the shop, LIKE THERE IS AT CURRYS!!!!
We managed eventually. But what if this had been a much heavier washing machine? Or I'd been alone?
Sorry, Argos. Just not good enough.

Very poor service. Employees wouldn?t let me return a straightener that hadn?t been used. Employees seem very passive and quite mean?

When try to return something back they tried hardly to find any excuses to not returning it back
Like example ( oh the box has a little black mark I can?t take it back )
But I?ve took it to Argos in Perry par they took it back with out any headache or any problems

You can do shopping for food and pop over to argos to get things like jewellery water bottles ect
