Avoid this branch , they avoid returns , i tried to return an unused item as it wasn't the right fit but they refused. The manager was not helpful at all.

Great shop, very friendly and helpful staff, but lacks a designated parking area which is a shame... had to carry a big box miles away as it's a busy street with very limited parking.

Worst service I have ordered the iphone 15 through online then it's shows we can collect by Friday 27th but today I am getting mail like my order was cancelled also when I called the argos Birminghaam bearwood they were cancelled my call not even give the proper message....I am recommending don't go argos especially argos bearwood

The store has now moved since Aldi is having the store redone. So just be aware of that. Also, this 5 star review is for the great customer service and just the absolute kindness of one of your staff members named Asra/ Azra. She knew I was watching out for my sleeping daughter in the car so she helped me carry all the packages to my car parked just outside. She was kind and friendly and just a lovely person. Thank you again :)

Went to Argos in bearwood to return an unused Dyson vacuum which was in its original packaging and had not even been opened!!!
Argos staff unsealed the item themself to check the condition of the Dyson despite the fact that it was clear that it was a completely sealed package. However, there was some dust found inside the vacuum and so the manager refused to accept the return.
I had not opened the package which was evidently clear by the condition of it so the item could not have been used by myself. Although the staff who initially served me agreed with me the manager was rude and implied that I was lying and did use the item.
I am very disappointed in Argos and appalled by the way the manager had handled the situation. I have never had worse experience with a store before.

Argos in BEARWOOD DOSE NOT COME UNDER BIRMINGHAM IT'S SANDWELL. Argos has closed for good. Aldi has taken over the building.
