Ordered via click and collect, staff were polite, friendly and dealt with my orders quickly when I went to collect it, as the items were heavy a staff member brought these items out to my car for me, brilliant service.

The return policy is horrible! No respect, no hearing customer concerns, rude and unhelpful. Our worst experience in a shop ever! Not thinking of receiving any service, forget about returning the product over there...

Staff are friendly, but your order is called far too early, my order came on the screen and the tannoy, but I still waiting over 10 minutes for the item to come from upstairs?.not sure why it flags as ready to collect if it?s not even down from the storage. Plenty of parking available though which is good

Bought an item, took it home to find out it?s faulty & then brought back to the store as i had also purchased argos replacement care and was told there?s nothing wrong with the item and was spoken to in a rude manner by a staff member called Sarah. The way she went about the situation was completely unprofessional as she had pretty much made it seem like i?m lying and even said she?s ?tested the item? and it?s still fine. Disappointed i then took the item to another argos store in which i received amazing customer service and was quite quickly able to exchange my item.
I would like to say that i think its disgusting how even though my item was faulty i was made to seem like i was in the wrong for trying to return a faulty item although i had purchased the argos replacement care which specified any faulty or damaged items can be returned for a refund or exchanged.
I believe the staff member Sarah should learn how to speak to customers in a professional and kind manner rather than unprofessional or rude.

avoid this store . manager Simon and duty manager have no idea what customer service means, their very rude with comments they make and rolling their eyes with very bad attitude. how do they have these positions is beyond me .

Excellent service from the young lady who served me today 8/10 at 3.30pm.
I didn't get her name but she was the only young worker there. I had mutiple orders and she was very quick!

Son's just been to collect a 18 game, asked his age his said 23, asked for proof gave his driving license, Everton the man serving seriously needs training. He then asked his dob while looking at the license!!!

Quite possibly the worst Argos branch in the whole of the UK and this is no exaggeration. I wish they went ahead with their plans in opening a Sainsbury's in replacement of this Argos because the customer service and employees are appalling.
They do not know a thing about return policies. The employees act entitled and so rude when you are in the right. I have ordered things from here many times and when they're not working and I try to return it, they reject it even when it is still in date. I go to other Argos' and have no problem returning the item!!! In this particular branch they assume everything is YOUR fault. I returned a phone which had scratches on it - they said it was me. I had the phone for 1 day - they repackage used items and sell again.
AVOID this branch at all costs. Go to your other local branches who are so much more kinder and actually know how to deal with returns. This is only down the road from me and I'd much rather travel to another city than collect an item from here and that's saying something.

Staff at this store expect you not to try the product. Oops, did i say try, i meant OPEN the product.
Bought a air conditioner, took it home, tried it, it practically did nothing. When trying to return. I was told they wouldnt accept it as it had been opened and used. Despite it being in original packaging and saleable condition.
SO I WENT TO ANOTHER ARGOS AND BOOM! WITHIN 1 MINUTE THEY ACCEPTED THE RETURN
