Disgusting customer service. Refused to sell me milk. There were plenty for sale (see picture attached). Asked to speak to the manager and he said it was the middle of the night...it was 6.45am. I don't think he wanted to get off his phone. Sack the bloke!!

Great fuel prices. Staff tend to look bored, but I guess I might be, too, if I were working there. Will and have used several times since. I'll look out for more branches on my travels.

Never collect your parcel from here! Went this morning, gave my name the lady just glimpsed over her shoulder and said it hasn't come. I explained I had a text and email yesterday saying it had been delivered and is ready for collection. She said sometimes it says that and it's not delivered. I gave her my driving licence (incase she was having trouble with my name) and asked her to look again. Again it was a quick look and said no, it's not there. I asked for the manager but she was the only one there. I asked her to have a proper look because I know it has been delivered. She moved a few parcels and found it. Then it took forever for her to scan it while moving me aside so she could serve other customers and then asked for my passport even though I just showed my driving licence knowing that can be given as form of id, which she wanted to see again.

The guy on the till told me my card was refused. I gave him the card and he tapped it himself because it was night and the shop was closed. I told him to try it again and it worked. When i got home i had been charged twice.

Absolute rip off, bad service £1.75 for a 2ltr bottle of milk, petrol board price doesn't match pump price.
