I had a completely negative experience with the store?s customer service. In March, we had our iPhone 13 Pro Max battery replaced. After a month, we noticed dust building up in the front-facing camera. We contacted customer service, who promised to arrange an inspection at the store. However, we never heard back from them. After a few months, we noticed moisture building up in the back camera. We rearranged an appointment with the store, but in the meantime, the phone started rebooting every two minutes. Clearly, something was wrong with the phone after the battery replacement. When we arrived at the store, we were treated very coldly by the staff. The first technician inspected the phone and concluded that there was no visible water damage or damage. However, when I asked why the phone was rebooting and why the camera had moisture after the battery replacement, the technician became aggressive and tried to interrupt me. He claimed that I was wrong and didn?t understand what I was saying.
The conversation took a different turn when the technician tried to blame me for the phone?s problems. He said that I had caused the damage and that they couldn?t tell me the exact cause because they needed to inspect the phone more thoroughly. He also said that any replacement would cost £649. I requested a senior staff member, who came after and had a brief private conversation with the technician and the first assistant. The senior staff member didn?t introduce himself or greet us. Instead, he immediately started blaming us for the phone?s problems and said that we needed to pay £649 for a replacement. He claimed that the phone had water damage and that they didn?t repair water damage products. From my understanding, the first technician claims there?s no visible or water damage after a heated conversation with the senior staff member he tried to overcome. He repeatedly asks me if I don?t understand and treats me like I?m stupid. I mention even six years of consumer law, which he says isn?t applicable because the phone was damaged by me. However, the phone started having problems after the battery replacement in the store, which I believe wasn?t done correctly according to the standards. After paying £80 for the battery replacement, I was insulted in the store and threatened with removal by security if I didn?t calm down. All I was doing was trying to discuss a point. I also noticed that iPhone problems started appearing after the battery replacement.I strongly advise against any battery replacements in the store. Instead, I recommend sending the phone to a third-party service or directly to Apple online. Clearly, Apple?s customer service isn?t as good as they claim. The staff is rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, and I don?t think they deserve to be called the best customer service in the world. I hope some of the senior directors of Apple read this review and make some changes.

There was a staff called Alice she is wonderfull. Helping us today with very good patient and also very good knowledge on all the product. She also speak three languages english, mandarin and Cantonese. Very good service. Thank you Alice.?

with numerous options in my mind regarding my next phone purchase. Luckily I met Graccy, one of the store employees who was very informative and helped me navigate through the process of buying meanwhile weighing my needs and budget. She was very patient and open to answer all my queries.

Solved nothing. Broken system. Catch-22 nonsense which means I'm still locked out of my account. My screen still has a defect two years on. Apple have lost it.

Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any product or service. As an iPhone user for the past 15 years, I recently encountered a significant issue with my iPhone 15, which refuses to turn on. Despite the phone being under warranty, the company has declined to exchange it due to a slight bend, as explained by an employee. It is important to note that both the front and back screen glass are intact and in pristine condition, indicating no physical damage to the phone. This situation is deeply frustrating and reflects a lack of professionalism and arrogance on the part of the staff. Consequently, I intend to lodge a formal complaint and leave a review on all relevant platforms to express my dissatisfaction with the company?s handling of this matter. If you intend to purchase an Apple product, it is advisable to consider purchasing separate insurance coverage.

Visited the Apple Store in Touchwood Solihull yesterday morning and I've got to admit their service was 1st class ,I was dealt with a fella in there , as I needed advice on my possible replacement of a Mac Computer, once he checked it out and he took a lot of time to help he sorted out the issues and explained everything simply , so that I could understand , so a Thank you to you all there, Regards D.Hurley dated 25/3/2025

Fantastic service by jack, yasch and sam. I?m completely not tech savvy they gave me plenty of options, broke them down for me, assigned me with a new phone to help with my business and showed me some fantastic new tools. Really happy. Lovely people with no intimidating vibes. Thanks again.
