I purchased a 41mm Midnight Leather Link in February 2022. On June 2022, I went back to the Apple Store because it did not clip into place when inserted into the watch and also the leather had started to bubble from the inside, so the magnets were starting to show. I was given a replacement, which arrived in July 2022.I found the replacement also started to bubble from the inside, so the magnets were starting to show.On 4 November 2022, I visited the store again and spoke to the store manager (Gideon). Gideon told me it was wear and the strap was not defective. He offered me a replacement, but I wanted a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, because I found the product to be of unsatisfactory quality.However, Gideon told me, if I didn?t want a replacement, I could follow the Trading Standards route ???? The absolute lack of understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 was very amusing, considering I was dealing with the manager of the Apple Store. It just goes to show, the guy in charge of Apple Store Birmingham Genius Bar, is anything but.The other rather odd thing is, Gideon started picking at the strap, which made it slightly worse. I think Gideon initially thought it was dirt, again Gideon?s genius was showing.As you can see from the picture, there is no way something that is only four months old should be in this condition. Maybe a sign of Apple using inferior leather.At this point, I would like to add, before purchasing the 41mm Midnight Leather Link, I purchased a second-hand 40mm Poppy Leather Link, to see if the Leather Link was something I wanted and in all the time I used it, it never bubbled.Unfortunately, this leads me to having no option, but to pursue Apple through the Courts for redress, which is a shame and maybe an indication of where the quality of Apple products are heading in the future.Update: Birmingham County Court ruled in my favor. I was genuinely surprised by Apple's poor handling of the situation. There were ample chances for them to address this before the Final Case Hearing.Mr. Tim Cook, the customer service experience was subpar, with undue emphasis on the Apple Birmingham store's input rather than a proper assessment of the actual events. I would kindly request that the Apple Birmingham store needs to improve. The UK Executive Offices of Apple were also involved, but it appeared the store had the power to override them, thus undermining the purpose of having an Executive Office.

Quick service as usual. There is always someone at the door to welcome. Got my phone replacement nearly quickly. Just one downside, the downstairs room to conduct phone data transfer service which is free was a bit crowded and the staff couldn?t completely attend everyone as it?s meant to be. A few more staff tailored towards helping those specific customers would be great. Overall, great experience.

The best customer service I have ever received. A loyal Apple customer whose never used the repair services but am so glad I did.

Huge display and got all the answers I needed. Very busy though so be prepared to wait
