This has to be one of the worst Anytime Fitness franchises in the UK. Does this gym ever get cleaned or revamped? I have been going there on and off when I visit the Midlands for the past 10 years, and it has never had a lick of paint. Around the windows are disgusting, mould, cobwebs, uneven flooring, plus old broken, rusty, ancient equipment. The management should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting place.

I?ve been using this gym for a few years but it has really gone downhill. There are large groups of women training with the PT using the only room where people can stretch or use free weights as the weight section is usually filled with the usual men staring at themselves in the mirrors or some random woman doing hand stands. I also think people come in for free with their friends as you can see that people are being let in and it?s not fair to those who pay a gym membership and need to use the space. It?s a shame that gyms in Birmingham are so run down, poor quality, out dated equipment, no air conditioning or ventilation and not respectful towards paying people who want to use the gym.

This is a great gym! The facilities are nice & the staff are great. Mia is a lovely addition to the team & it?s great to have a routine here.

This is a good gym, it doesn't get too busy, the location is great and the team are very friendly. It is always clean when I visit and the community feel is great here with all the members being welcoming

Anytime fitness is a great gym with good facilities that isn?t overly packed which I love. the equipment is good & the shower rooms are spacious and private, I also like the staff (Juliana, Ali & Mia) as they are very attentive and lovely over all. I would recommend.

This is an Amazing gym, decent priced, Very Friendly staff and everyone should go here as the community is so lovely!!! it doesn?t get too packed which I love & Mia, Ali and Juliana are super nice and the PTs are outstanding aswell. 10/10 super gym

Two months before my contract ended, I sent an email to them informing them that I started to lose hair so I don?t feel more confident to go back to the gym. My request was denied, and I was told to wait until my contract has ended. I waited until my contract was ended. I realised I was still being charged due to my contract being renewed and without my consent. The issue here is if I have recently requested my contract to be terminated due to health issues. Why would you think I would like to renew my contract? I was diagnosed with Alopecia few months after and wasn't feeling well obviously I am not going to go to the gym!
I had to cancel the direct debit with them, as one of their staff told me I can do so because obviosly this is stealing! I then started to receive an email that I owe one month. I am not going to pay it! This shows they don't care about costumers, just the money they can get from people! I really like AF gyms but definitly not this one, never again!!

I tried the gym through the free gym pass on their website for first-timers and it was a wonderful experience! The gym is relatively quiet even during peak hours, quite alot of equipment and classes in the facility. The staff member, Juliana, was really friendly and showed us around the premises. Would definitely come again!
